The gospel hall is the building used by an assembly of Christians that has been in existence in Cedar Falls since 1962. The name of the building identifies one of the assembly’s chief functions: to preach the Gospel, God’s message of forgiveness of sins and salvation from judgement through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Gospel meeting is held each Sunday at 6:30 pm. No collections are taken and you and your family are invited to attend.
Almost 2,000 years have passed since the Lord Jesus Christ, after His resurrection, commanded His disciples to preach the Gospel “in all the world…to every creature.” In the 21st century, we consider it a privilege to be proclaiming that same glorious message that offers life and peace to guilty sinners. We “declare unto you the Gospel..how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.” 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.
